Magalloway River-Umbagog Lake National Wildlife Refuge
Above the Errol Dam, there is an easily accessible lake and river area that encompasses the The Magalloway River and Umbagog Lake National Wildlife Refuge. Although it is undeveloped , pristine and wildlife abounds. Northern Waters Outfitters will rent you either canoes or touring kayaks for trips in this beautiful wilderness area. One of the outstanding features is that true wilderness access is easy, and canoeing trips are easily negotiated. We also maintain Widerness Campsites on the rivers and Lakes.
We also offer pontoon boat wildlife tours.
