Northern Waters offers Class II white water rafting trips on the Androscoggin River in Errol, New Hampshire.

This is an intermediate fun level of rafting appropriate for all ages (60 lbs. min.). The river is extremly scenic, wildlife abounds and many opportunities arise for a very exciting day. These are day trips with guide  along on all trips. Inflatable kayaks are often used on multiple runs for the more adventurous.

Weekday trip: the most popular trip is a half day excursion with multiple runs scheduled on the Errol Rapid with a progression to Duckies (inflatable kayaks) for the more adventurous. These are great experiences for families with children as young as 8. 1/2 day trip

The Trips are run at our base which fronts the Errol Rapid. This make the trip very easy to do as we are the only company that has acess to shuttles along the River with Changing rooms and showers.

PONTOOK RAFTING on the Androscoggin River in New Hampshire

The Pontook Rapids is in Milan, New Hampshire which is  just north of Berlin, NH. The Pontook trip provides  the longest continuous rapids offered by Northern Waters. This is strong Class II-lll water with dam releases scheduled each Friday, Saturday and Sunday during the summer months. 

Our  meeting location is the Paul A. Boffinger Androscoggin River Park  North of Milan, New Hampshire. Morning trips meet at 9 a.m. and afternoon trips meet at 12:30 p.m. Each trip consists of two runs and  those with an adventurous Spirit get to try inflatable kayaks on the 2nd run.
